It's possible that the problem is caused by AppRevels itself. The software has been updated. My advice is to download the updated versions of AppRevels for both PC and iOS and then update the iTunes to the latest version. Make sure your device is recognized properly by iTunes and attempt to transfer the files again.
After updating all necessary software, the transfer should be established correctly. I have used it and it worked well.
